To Worship God
To Become Disciples
To Serve Others
Continuing
The Work
Of Jesus:

Peacefully,
Simply,
Together.

Why a shared ministry?

We share ministry because we understand that Jesus came to empower everyone, not just a few. So we know that every person who becomes part of this church has been given power by Jesus to do good which will either help the church or help the church’s ability to project the love of Christ into our community.

Jeff reduced

Jeff Neuman-Lee is the Ministry Coordinator
Jeff is the one to call with pastoral concerns..

The “MC” is one of the few paid positions at Prince of Peace. Jeff keeps office hours on Mondays 10 - 2. He would glad to visit with you at the church building during that time. Prayer and listening are two things he can offer you. As Ministry Coordinator, Jeff sees that all the ministries in the church work together to continue Jesus’ work.. He works to interpret God’s call for PoP among the present congregation, among those interested in the congregation and persons who are not part of any congregation. So he creates literature and over sees the web site so that people might hear an invitation to Jesus.

Currently, he is trying to get his book God With Us published. In the past Jeff has served as full-time pastor in Adel, Iowa; Fremont California; and, in the early eighties as associate pastor at Prince of Peace when the church was located in Denver. Deacons and Care Givers
Our deacons and caregivers are essential to the ministry at Prince of Peace. They reach out to all our members, especially those who are home bound or ill, just to check in and remind folks that they are part of things. Their ministry is first listening, then they do works of care.
Our deacons (not caregivers) also minister to our congregation by setting up communion services and our annual love feast, which is a foot washing service
Our Deacons know about confidentiality and they really do care and love the people in the congregation.
